I bought this Farberware microwave in July 2022 to replace our Magic Chef that finally gave out. It has worked flawlessly for over two years now. I would put the quality up there with our old Panasonic that lasted eight years (that only died because our son cooked something for 40 minutes instead of 4 minutes).I wasn't sure about the brand but did some research and decided to risk it. I'm glad I did.The only, minor, complaint I have is that occasionally the right side buzzes during operation. That's usually resolved by pressing my hand against the side for a moment.It still looks great and there hasn't been any wear or cracking of the buttons as is common with this type of control panel.

12/23/24 -MY order( microwave) was delivered today. it is much much bigger than I thought!! it is going to be a Xmas gift, it looks wonderful and sturdy and Farberware is a great name. i just hope it can fit on apartment counter top or will have to send back or get a micros wave table. Its a great looking model.12/25/24 we opened the box and it is a bit bigger thanI bargained for, but the recipeient loved it~ She has room on the counter after all, and the product looks great next to her black stove.She is happy with it and so am I. For the price this microve is beautiful and works wonderful.

Phenomenal microwave performance. Does very well with heating things up and it is rather quiet when it’s operating. Perfect size for my limited counter space and it’s super easy to operate once you read the directions on how to turn off the stupid child lock feature it comes pre set with! 🤣

This is one purchase to not "cheap out" on. I learned a long time ago do not waste your time on 700-900 watt microwaves. Most things you buy to be microwaved recommend 1000 watt minimum! You'll have to add additional time and get uneven heating, because she don't even rotate the food.You will have this investment for YEARS and use it a lot, so spend another 50 bucks and go for over 1000 watt so things COOK FAST. This 1100 watt cooks fast. And very even heat with the turntable. VERY happy with it.I do wish all the programing was simpler, but I'm sure I'll learn if I need to.It does say push 1 thru 9 to get 1 minute through 9 minutes full power 10, so that is easy and probably all I'll ever use : )Update: 5 months later this microwave is awesome. I work for a restaurant equipment sales company and actually had a commercial grade Amana RCS10DSE 1000 watt oven that was never our used floor model when discontinued. Besides being extremely loud, the fan would run for a few minutes after each use, because commercial microwaves are expecting to be used again /more heavily. So the fan runs to cool the magnetrons before the next usage. At home for one use and done, it was useless energy and annoying. Also beeped very loud to be heard in noisy kitchens. This microwave is quiet and powerful.

This is everything I wanted in a mid-size microwave. I searched looooong and hard. Bought one I returned. Settled on this and very happy.Pros:Fits a 9x13 casserole dish; it's deeper than my other microwave and less wideHeats fairly quickly and evenlyEasy to use/figure out (no learning curve because I don't care about fancy settings)Solidly madeNot noisyDownsides: no 30-second button, on/off buttons at the bottom are a little hard to see but I'm already used to them.

This is the best microwave I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought a couple through the years. When my first one died after it had done its time, I bought another one to replace it. It actually defrosts well and cooks food evenly. The only thing I don’t like is after several years of use the plastic coating on the key pad starts to lift.
