This panels were great for updating a 1950s kitchen backsplash. I got the unfinished matte panels and opted to spray paint with a gray hammered metal spray paint and they turned out great. They were easy to put up with spray adhesive and a few decorative tacks. And like some others said, you will need more than you think you'll need if you want the patterns to match up (which everyone should), just because of how they line up with your openings but that's not a defect or anything, just an FYI. I used these for one rental unit and they make it look very modern for an old house. And Ill be using these again going forward in other rentals. Very cheap and easy to cover a lot of square footage of backsplash with these panels vs tiling. Definitely recommend.

These were exactly what I hope they would be. I wanted to add a backsplash in my kitchen, but didn't really feel like going through the whole tiling process.I got these instead and I was very pleased with how easy they were to install and with the look of the finished product.Side note, I didn't use adhesive to attach them to the wall because I wanted to leave the option open in the future to take down this product and do actual tile without destroying drywall in the process. So, instead of adhesive, I just used paneling nails along the top edge (under the cabinets). Then at the bottom, I made sure to caulk thoroughly and that secures the bottom of the panel. It looks great and made the whole process easy-peasy.

I know this product wasn’t intended for a framing mat, but it works! I recently changed my living room colors & put shiplap on my fireplace wall & the red mahogany frame & dark green mat had to go. It’s a special picture to us (where we got married) & I still wanted it over the fireplace. Painting the frame black & using this patterned faux tin gave it the vintage farmhouse style I wanted. It was super easy to cut & work with & I love the product so much I am trying to think of even more ways to use it - maybe a headboard, a farmhouse sign, or a decorative tile hanging!

We were having our house appraised for a refinance and the wall behind the stove was a mess. We had to remove a wall mounted microwave and the new one we purchased could not be installed in the same way as the one that came out. I needed something quick and easy to cover the holes left. This fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install with construction adhesive, they brightened the kitchen immediately. Will be buying more to use as back splash on the rest of my counters!Update! I bought more and did the whole wall behind the stove and counter. I got the brilliant idea to spray paint them copper. They took the paint well and I love it even more!

nice printed fasade. will be very hard to clean though. being matt I think that's why. beware. I would try gloss. easier to clean and wipe.also product gets scratched and scuffed during shipping.

We used these plastic tiles to cover up the most hideous tile in our bathroom. We used it around the toilet and sink as wainscoting. It turned out so much better than I expected. We used the trim kit that came with the tiles but we also glued a small wood trim to the top to give it a more wainscoting look. We used the adhesive that amazon sold with this product. The adhesive works great. I only gave it 4 stars for easy to install because I would not say it’s easy but it’s very doable for a novice.

I wanted this to update my kitchen until we remodel. I returned the items because it was more work than I thought and I would have had to purchase more to complete the job.

I love these backsplashes. I've used them in three different styles in three different kitchens. They hold up well. They are fairly easy to install with a bit of patience and careful measurements. Using a metal 90 degree angle straight edge ruler was a huge, huge invaluable help in measuring and cutting, as well as heavy duty snips (like for tin). I have used both heavy duty adhesive and double sided tape to put these up. If the subsurface isn't something you're trying to preserve, I would go with the adhesive, it's easy and more economical than the double-sided tape.I'm a part-time DIY person with no formal training in remodel or repairs. This is one of the best DIY projects I've done. The impact is pretty significant in all 3 kitchens for a couple hundred dollars or less in cost. It's not a difficult job with the right tools.
