Well made and works fine.Very fast free shipping from seller partshousesupply, and very good price too.I used this to mount an aftermarket Evergreeen IM ECM motor to my furnace, to replace the existing PCM motor which had a different style of mount. I did this because I run the furnace blower in low speed constantly to circulate the air throughout the home, and to filter it through my Honeywell electronic electrostatic filter, to help my daughter who has asthma. The ECM motors are much more efficient than the older PCM type.

This mount snapped after only 3 weeks don’t but I probably need a new motor now as well.
