I use these for culturing phytoplankton and they hold up well to constant use. I put very hot water in to sterilize them and clean with abrasive brushes but they don't scratch easily. The price does fluctuate but this size is the perfect "big" size as any larger would be pretty heavy if filled with liquid or another heavy item.
