You will need to order the bolt pack from Fastway or another retailer on Amazon to use this. Search SKU: 92-02-9600 bolt pack. Also this round head fits all their models of hitch sizes. Mine is the 8000 lb model of hitch - Fastway E2 94-00-0800 sway bar control
