Ok, for starters...I ordered this on a Monday, a week before Christmas...I got a call the next day that it was coming...and it was on my doorstep that Wednesday!!! Superior shipping! It is 400 lbs in the box, so I asked 3 co-workers to come and help us carry it into the house. Got it in, no problem. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET THE BOX IN THE HOUSE AND ASSEMBLE WITH JUST 2 PEOPLE!!! Heed the reviews, folks. Ok, the instructions are easy enough, but for us Americans who just like to put it together without reading...please read the instructions first! We skipped step number A. and went straight to step 1. Doesn't make since, does it? Well, so you won't miss that step...before you assemble the table, you have to actually take the pool top OFF, and get the ball holder and the hockey puck holder out of the tabletop. The pool table is held together by some self-tapping wood screws. Chances are, all of the screws will not be in the package. Just get some from a hardware store. Read the instructions on assembling the legs. That's the hardest part. Have at least 2 people to lift the table onto the legs, and then you can send everyone home...unless they want to stay and play. THE TABLE IS NOT FELT!!! So be careful and shoot straight. The pool sticks are nice and light, but have a hard tip. May want to replace with soft tips to not damage material. Very sturdy table. The air hockey is fantastic. No complaints. The ping pong is also very good. It has 3 sepearate boards with velcro on the ends. Even though there are creases, it has not been a problem. You will need at least 4ft of space around the table for effective pool shots with the standard sized pool sticks. I bought my six year old a 36" stick and it is perfect for her. This is a good all around table for the price, and my family and I have played it multiple times a day since we got it!

The product is sturdy. Its easy to switch between pool and air hockey. When playing pool the balls all roll together to the middle of the table. The board that makes up the table sags. The table is level but it doesn't matter. For the money it could have been better. The pushers that come with the air hockey are very very light and the felt rolls off as you are sliding on table. The Ping pong board stores under the table, but you cannot turn the table with board underneath and the board is in 3 parts that velcro together so it isn't easy to try to store as one piece under table. Very disappointed with this table. Way too expensive for this play table quality.

The first table that came was riddled with imperfections - a dent here, a scruff there, all of which I was okay overlooking. The assembly instructions were fairly straightforward to a point - There was little to let you know that it is recommended to extend the bolts on both ends all the way out first, and to take the pool top off, leave it off, assemble the bottom half first, then replace the pool top because the table is simply too heavy for two people to manage properly. Imagine our disappointment when we flipped it over and the hockey table was dented. Even when the replacement table came, I was very weary of it because there were boot prints on the box, meaning people were walking on the surface. Luckily, except for one shredded part, the table was otherwise in good condition. I have to say Amazon gave me a no-hassle exchange, they were friendly, offered the exchange at no charge, and took the table back as is.Ceva Logistics, however, are not good to work with. Their estimated delivery is only a call for arrangement, which is confusing. The second time they had to send a postcard for me to call, saying they couldn't get through, but I never got a voicemail. The best clue on their professionalism is after they arranged a delivery, they actually called back a few minutes later, oblivious they had called just now.The table itself is going to be scruffed up, if you're not accepting that this is a possibility, you'd better move on. I feel like the design of the table is fairly smart, but the materials and build is sub par. That being said, I do enjoy this table a lot. The pool is a lot of fun, the air hockey is servicable (the arcade ones are always going to be better), and the ping pong is what it is. Three segments isn't ideal but it should be fine. The storage for the parts are built into the table which is nice, but they just neglected ping pong as an afterthought. The switches fairly easily but an adult would have to lock it in place most times by lifting the table slightly.I think if it's for the family room, it's perfect for its versatility and for causal playing. We're going to enjoy this table a lot. But if you've got a budding player who's looking to hone in on their skills, there's better pool/ping pong/air hockey tables out there. This is just right for us though.

Very satisfied. Perfect for recreation room. Took some effort to carry and assemble, but it is expected.I was worried if 7 feet is too small for adults to enjoy, but after getting it I realized having 8 feet or higher would make us unable to play due to less space to stand, move around for ping pong, or freely move the cue stick. Even with 7 feet, space in the room is not much, but somehow manageable. You should not expect a bar quality experience in your home recreation room, but I still enjoy a lot. You should not plan on putting any other furniture in the same room.Aside from the gaming experience, it is awesome for show in the recreation room, and it makes it look rich and filled.The accessories aren't that great, but not a big deal since you can buy your own accessories based on what you need. For me, I decided to warm up a bit with the given ones before buying better accessories.Once delivered, it is impossible to carry to the room regardless of how many people. So I suggest, open the box first, unscrew the main table into two parts, carry one at a time using at least two people, then assemble back.

The table arrived, it is heavy!!! Looks great however, a family member sat on the table and all 4 raised table locks broke. Yes I know , my fault however, I contacted the company twice and requested the table locks. I'm willing to pay for them....but no one calls me back so I'm stuck with this useless expensive piece of equipment that I cant use.

Cloth on pool table isn't real felt and the ping pong table comes in 3 pieces which creates lines on the surface where they attach. Other than that, everything else is great. It's a very sturdy table perfect for a family or entertaining but not for a more serious player who might want the best quality and a full size table.

First off, this is one well built table. It is every bit of the 300 pounds it claims to be. When constructing it you need to get some parts out that are stored inside the table by separating the two sides. That's the best time to move it, before you put the two sides back together.The sturdy construction is offset by the cheap accessories that come with it. The pool cues are so light that they feel hollow and the ping pong paddles are cheap plastic with rubber on one side. For over a grand I as thinking we'd get something more substantial.On Christmas morning the kids ran downstairs to see what Santa had brought them. They went to try out the air hockey and when they flicked the switch, nothing happened. We got to take the bloody thing apart again only to find that the elves that crimped the motor wires together missed the wiring all together so there was no connection. Easy fix but a headache taking out the 18 screws to remove the table top again.As someone else stated the ping pong table is in three pieces which leaves a seam through both sides of the playing field. Why? And again with the ping pong, you can't store it under the table on the rails like in the picture or the table can't spin. One of the pieces arrived with a crack in the finish that Fat Cat is supposed to be sending a replacement for but I have yet to receive it. There was no damage to the box so I have to assume it left the factory like that. There's a good sized blemish on the wood that they just painted over. Why not sand it first??The family loves the pool and air hockey. The ping pong hasn't been a big hit. It's a good addition to our rec room for some Saturday night family time. I just need to go buy some better accessories for it.
