For 30 bucks you can’t go wrong. Housing is metal, has a good fit and finish for the price, bulb it comes with is bright. You can’t find 70’s chopper headlights brand new for this cheap so get it while you can. Only bad thing is its only 2 wire so i only have it on high beam for now and the set screws are tiny and it rattled before i fixed the rubber gasket inside. Getting a second one to stack for the double chopper headlight look ✌ï¸

** updated edit a couple years later with a few more of these installed: secure the seal, otherwise it’ll burn LOL. had a smoking headlight for 70 miles.I don’t usually like to buy parts brand new, I like to find them at a flea market or a swap meet for a decent price and some crust. My problem is I didn’t have the patience to wait or continue to scope out different tents and tables week after week hoping and praying for the right headlight. This headlight does not support high beam function, which as I get older and ride more, I realize I don’t care about as much as I used to. ** THIS HEADLIGHT IS not plug and play. Other than that this is priced right - realistically you won’t beat it. Hell, even if you buy from a flea market, event, camp out or swap meet, you’re not going to find a headlight of this quality for this price. Be careful of the glass. Shattered a few. had to fabricate a custom bracket for it to sit right, but that really isn’t too big of a problem if you know how to cut metal. Wired right up to my 98 sporty. More than happy!

Hope you never have to change a bulb out. Turns out rubber seal was installed wrong, got a leak, bulb burned out, screws stripped, vice grips to remove. Too late to return, will make do, will replace with an H3 LED to reduce heat, but do not recommend.

To start, I ordered one of these that arrived shattered. I got a replacement sent and the tabs holding the glass were held on by tac welds the size of a pin head. They promptly broke the second the vibrations of my bike began. This headlight has very poor quality. The bulb is unreplaceable and hidden within a very poorly designed housing. The screw holes on the side were uneven and one was cross threaded from the factory. I would not buy this product
