I'd ordered 2 of these to cover the driveway in front of my garage. (garage used for storage) Was impressed with the quality of the materials, and ease of assembly. I'm a fairly handy 66 year old 5'2" female, and I was able to assemble both by myself. I was also grateful for the pricing or I would not have been able to get both of them. I realize that I have room for one more in the space next to my garage, I will get another as soon as I can afford to do so. This seems to be an excellent value for the price, can't wait to get the third one up!

The carport tent I received came with wrong parts to assemble. This was not the seller’s fault. I contacted them and they responded very quickly. They were very understanding. I sent pictures of the wrong parts. Within days I had a replacement. They kept in contact the entire time, giving updates, like we are getting your replacement ready for shipping, it was put on the truck this morning, gave me a tracking number. I was well informed throughout the entire process. This was not their fault it came with wrong parts, but they corrected the issue. 5 stars on customer service and support. It’s hard to find that now a days. Highly recommend buying anything from this seller. Tent its self is surprisingly sturdy, with the grass anchors it’s been fine. Had gust of winds up to 18mph and 2 thunderstorms since assembled. Still standing right where I placed it.

Happy enough, you get what you pay for and they are cheap.Easy to put together. I bought rebar spikes to replace the thin cheap ones it came with for the legs.My last box though was missing the nuts for the legs, and the concrete screws were rusty. The packaging inside was torn up and I’m sure the nuts rolled out of the damaged box it was delivered in.

It has been up for about 5 months since I ordered it and it was great for the price. Went to together with all the advertised parts in about 30 minutes. Only problem is after a few months of being up the ropes that are supposed to hold it down became so brittle I could easily rip several strand at a time with my hands. The were un-usable and had the be thrown away. Bought some sturdier rope and stakes from Walmart for about 20$. The little buttons that hold the pipes together are also starting to rust even after I sprayed WD-40 on them, but I don't care too much. The white paint has also gotten dusty and rubs off on your skin if you touch it. Still solid after 5 months of harsh weather so I'd say it's pretty good. Especially for the price.

I purchased this to have "potty" area in the yard for our 3 elderly small dogs to be able to go out and do their business in the pouring rain and also when there's snow on the ground, so they'd have a safe, dry area. We just got this last month. It worked great for rain but last night, we had our first snow of this year and it already collapsed. Yes, it's a significant amount of snow but it's got a peaked roof so I thought it would slide off and thought since it's a carport, that it was meant to weather the storms of winter. Very sad. This was such a good investment, I thought. We even bought fencing and fixed it all around it so it was extra safe and they could only go in that area at night. Thank God it happened overnight and no one was under it.

There were a few problems with this product. One of the corner joints was bent. The tube counting l connecting the leg to the top. I had to beat on it for 15 mins to get it to some what fit. The feet smh The pole end would bottom out inside the round foot. Upon inspection I found the pole was hitting the weld that held the round bottom plate to the female tube. I got all but 2 feet on by beating it with a mini sledge. I was missing one of the top rails. I used a 2x4 in it's place. I couldn't just pack it up and send it back. I need it now. I had to Frankenstein it together but it's up. I'm sure the corner was bent during shipping as the box was pretty beat up when I got it. I can drill the holes bigger on the feet tomorrow and I'm sure they'll work. I dint know where tf the last pole went. I believe it was a number 1 or 3 pole. Other than that it seems to be a half decent canopy. I don't want to return mine. I just want the missing parts but there's no option for that. I need to buy 2 more canopies but don't think I'll go through these people. An alternative could be me butting 2 more and then sending me 3.i can use the one I have here for spare parts 🤷â€â™‚ï¸

The carport is reasonably sturdy and looks good. We used it as a 15' walkway tent in our backyard (in case of rain) to get to a big event tent. We removed one length of the pipe and shortened the tent to 15 feet to fit on our deck. It was well secured and stayed up in moderate wind. The installers had misplaced the bungie ties and the seller responded immediately to our issue, sent out the replacement parts fast and was very courteous in their communication! I will 100% recommend this seller and this product.

I wasn't expecting much at this price point but it was better than expected. Serves as a shade structure for our Toyota Prius Prime in the back yard. I will remove the cover in the winter as the frame would not withstand any snow load. Looks very nice also.I score it 8 out of 10.

Our order came quickly and was very easy for us to assemble. However we did need help erecting it. We took down the tarp cover for the winter as friends left theirs on and the heavy snow broke some of the support rods.It was easy to remove it and we found the same ties at the Dollarama so we have spares if needed.
