Use Guide:

I had a prior comforter for 13 years and it was falling apart.feathers everywhere! i had to get a new down comforter. I read many reviews of down comforters and picked this one. It arrived in a few days was substantial but I believe not overly heavy or too warm ( I run hot). feathers were not leaking at all , it was totally intact. It did have a smell when first opened I let it air out outside and on my couch for 4 hours and put it in my duvet cover and I didn't notice any smell after that. I slept like a baby. It does make some slight crunching sound when I move, but not too annoying for me.I'd recommend this comforter it has a good price point,not too weighty, and kept me warm without over heating. Not sure how this will be in summer months, but perfect for fall weather, I keep my place cold around 68 ..

I researched down comforters until I was so overwhelmed I gave up. I didn’t want a cheap one yet I didn’t want to spend hundreds either. My daughter bought a king size and after seeing hers I upsized to the California king and ordered mine. I am so glad I did! I love this comforter it is warm and comfortable. I put it in the dryer for about ten minutes on low when it arrived to fluff it up bc it was really compacted tight for shipping. Yes it does have a little crinkle noise when you curl up in it but that isn’t bad and it goes away. It did not have an odor at all. I read so many reviews on so many comforters that was a big complaint was smell but this one did not smell. The price... just under a 100 bucks is very fair and I was satisfied with craftsmanship, quality, looks, and warmth. I have a cover for it that is 100% cotton to keep it clean. I can’t believe how much I love this and wish I had bought one a long time ago!

I knocked off a star because the piping on the comforter is silver. (See photo) I did not see this detail in the photos or description so I am put off by the lack of transparency. I thought I was getting an all white comforter. I did end up keeping it since I will be using a duvet cover and because my kids needed a warm blanket to use. The comforter is cozy. The whole family loves it. I bought it for the cold winter season in SoCal. Another thing I noticed/liked was that this fabric was not so cold ‘to touch’ compared to my more expensive $$$$ comforter. I rather not have a comforter be ice cold when I climb in during the winter!UPDATE: I bought another one which is completely different from the first. The piping is white but the tag and fabric feels much different. Thicker. I attached a photo of the tag for reference. My husband likes the material—-not so much for me. Be aware, that you may not be receiving what you think. Take your chances if you’d like.

Very happy with this comforter, it’s warm and breathable, soft and fluffy. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag and expands when opened. It does have a slight smell, which gets more intense when it’s wet, but after washing and drying, the smell dissipated and it got so nice and fluffy soft. I just ordered a duvet cover to go over it for added protection. The label on the comforter does say organic certified, so that’s comforting to know it’s legit. It is made in China, just FYI, but it’s really nice and certified organic cotton, so it’s a winner for me.

I did not wash this when I first got it because it was going to be in a duvet. When I washed it the smell was so bad. I am throwing it away that is how bad it is. Too late to return. Learn from my mistake.
