At first glance the machine work and plating on this part look great but it doesn't work properly. After installing it in a Consew 206RB the machine "stuttered" while feeding. With fairly stiff leather you could feel that it took one step forward, then 1/3 step back. Compared to the original part this one is slightly higher and at a different angle. This causes the feed dog to rise up while still moving backwards, resulting in a stuttering feed that you can feel and shorter stitches.
