I highly recommend this product. It is by far the best baby shower gift we received for our (now 3-month-old) daughter. Our reliance on this machine alone for our entire feeding routine makes it worth so much more than $100. Our family demands a lot of it, and the little guy generally keeps up.The few complaints I’ve seen in other reviews are easily remedied. To discourage dark residue buildup in the ceramic dish where you pour in water before the sterilize cycle (left side), use distilled water. When you do notice buildup, it is easily removed with white vinegar. Want a deeper water well? It’s literally on the right side of the machine – we use the kettle for that purpose instead. If you can’t figure out whatever is going on, just email customer service. They'll walk you through the problem with a thorough explanation and pictures. The kettle is easy to clean (and sanitize, given that it has a steam function) and the pour tip makes accurately filling bottles with one hand manageable. The kettle warmer is incredibly rapid which our impatient nugget appreciates. The thermometer dictating temperature is true to whatever you set. There are six default settings to give you a starting point. The formula setting (42°C, ~108°F) is our go-to, then we go down to 38°C using the arrows for gentle warming. Bottles/bags of chilled breast milk get put in the kettle as a warm water bath (3-5 minutes), or when formula is needed it’s only a matter of mixing (30 seconds).Bottles, breast pump parts, and pacifiers (within reason) go through the sterilizer after each use. It even fits the 8 oz Dr. Brown’s bottles if you use only the big sterilization chamber and the lid. Things that can only be partially steamed (electric thermometers) can have the waterproof part placed over the steam vent on top for sterilizing. If 4.5 stars was an option that’s what I would really give it, only because the part of the unit responsible for drying after a sterilize cycle failed. After ~2.5 months of heavy use, the hot air vent malfunctioned so everything would still be soaking wet and had to be hand dried. We emailed customer service (info@feekaa.com) explaining the problem and that we had gotten their product as a gift through our BabyList registry (which provided the gift-giver a link they used to buy through Amazon). Their representative Christal asked for a video to help her understand the issue and escalated our case to her supervisor to find a solution without us having to ask the gift-giver for their Amazon order number. Pending the posting of this review they are covering the cost of a replacement, and we are looking forward to having this indispensable tool back in order.

Why am I giving it 1-star overall when I gave it 5-stars for all features? Because it broke after about 100 duty-cycles, in the weirdest way... When it's working, it's great, but it failed this morning. I did some troubleshooting and got even more perplexed. What broke: The sterilizer will no longer boil the water to sterilizeWhat we've tested:1. when the left side piece is used as is, the green plastic frame and the heat plate as an assembly unit, the sterilizer function will turn off immediately, most likely some kind of protection mechanism for an electrical short.2. when the heat plate is removed from the plastic frame, it actually works 100% of the time. But no matter what, when I reassemble the 2 pieces together, it stops working.3. when i put the water pot in the left side and turn on sterilize, it works...4. when I put the heating plate w/frame on the water-pot side, that works to boil the water too...5. when there's no contact on either side, it gives "E1" indicating open circuit6. when i loosely put the plate on the frame, I get E17. as soon as I press the plate a bit more into place, it stops workingI looked all around, there's plenty of room between the green plastic housing and the circuit inside so that nothing's pressing that could inadvertently cause a short. The only thing I can think of that remotely make sense, is that there's something odd with the thermocouple on the plate, that overheats when it's in the housing when using the sterilize function, but works fine wo the housing. I'm very perplexed by this problem but haven't been able to find a solution short of cutting out the base of the plastic housing, which doesn't seem to do anything anyway...
