As my sister gets older she needed me to reinstall the step railing into my pool. Then she complained that the sun heated up the railing and made it too hot :-) I found several types of these railing covers online. I elected this one for a couple of key points: Its zipper is nylon which won't rust and it's made of neoprene which is flexible and soft making it easy to grip. It installed snugly without any trouble and makes the railing cooler :-)
