This all in one pan says "COOKSMARK" on the side of the pan itself, the seller is FeLamp, it is also, 9.5" or (5 quarts), it has Maxion coating, claiming it to be an upgrade from the ceramic tech coating on the Tristar pan I am replacing; it comes with a fry basket, a steamer tray, and a glass lid, although the handle is different, and I paid $47.61 for this pan. It has two small pour spouts on either side, which will be handy for removing oil after frying, but, I made soup in mine immediately, and found you must be careful not to get too close to the top or it will bubble out; also the lid does not seal tightly and may affect braising and preheating which is important for using the pans, preheat on the lowest possible temperature you can, on my gas range on the large burner, I rarely cook above the 2 setting. DH, poor boy, has not-so-short term memory loss and only cooks on high unless I catch him, and I have had to hide all my metal utensils because they destroy non-stick coatings...also, no cooking sprays in these pans. Until D H retired and his CVS got so bad my old pan was like new... hopefully this one will last lie that, too. I have high hopes, but am also buying another one with a tight fitting lid, because I really do use this one pan most of the time.Happy with this purchase.

I think it’s a great pot and I think it’s well worth the money. Highly recommend…

Very satisfied with this item and very very easy to clean my only issue is the basket hanger doesn't really conform to the pan.

Used for well over a year every single week. The thing is a tank, not a sign of a bit of use on it to this day.

I am happy for this! I haven’t used it but I’m looking forward to doing so! I ordered it specifically to deep fry flautas (rolled taquitos), also while camping. I’m looking forward to using it in the oven and as a steamer! The day I ordered it, I shared it with seven of my siblings and I know for sure that at least one of them also ordered it!

If you are buying this for frying, as I did, this is not the one to get. The basket is too small for the pot. You have to use probably twice as much oil because the basket is too small. Additionally, the hooks on the basket are too high up so when you try to take the basket out and hook it on the pot to drip, the food is still sitting in the oil.A bigger basket or smaller pot and properly placed hooks to keep the food out of the oil and this would be great.
