This replaced the o-ring on my 2004 F-150 Lariat 4x4, 3v 5.4 Triton perfectly, when I replaced the thermostat. Make sure to drain some coolant out before replacing, or it's a great time to do a system flush, or you'll run water down into the coil pack area on this engine. My engine didn't like it very much and I had to get that water out and run a fan overnight to dry it out, so the truck would start and run properly. My bad and an oversight on my part, as I hadn't changed this part on this truck before. Perfect fit and works as intended.

This O-ring fit a 1999 F150 with a 4.6 engine, thermostat housing perfectly. Make sure you clean out your entire thermostat housing very good of all previous gasket material and it is recommended to add O-Ring lubrication when you install this.

Refer to attached pictures. First is the Fel-Pro Water Pump O-Ring. Notice the shape. Second is the old worn out o-ring. Notice how it is flat.I have been changing out various parts of my cars over the years. To minimize potential vacuum leaks down the road, I decided to change the o-ring on the DISA valve. I purchased this o-ring due to YouTube user ShopLife TVs recommendation. The o-ring was completely flattened. When removing from the intake manifold, there was no resistance as it appears there was minimum if any seal between the DISA and the intake.I cautiously used a box cutter to make cuts along the old o-ring. Then I tediously used a pick to remove the o-ring in pieces. It took a good 30 minutes to get the surface clean of the old o-ring. The Fel-Pro o-ring had to be gently stretched to fit around the actuator. I coated the o-ring with WD-40 to assist in this. After it was on the DISA, I fit it at the opening of the intake. It was not possible for me to push it in. Following ShopLife TV's advice, I secured the DISA into the intake by hand screwing both bolts in first. Then I alternated between bolts with a ratchet until the DISA was as close to the intake as possible. Once there was a resistance I stopped ratcheting to avoid breaking the plastic on the DISA that holds the bolts.

Perfect fit as Disa Valve gasket on my 2003 330ci. Requires chiseling away of old rubber gasket on valve, but this gasket is superior to the BMW design.
