The mounting holes fit fine... My issue was the wierd "flange" that sticks out into where the primaries are... It was blocking them slightly/weirdly on my Weiand 8004 intake. The gasket was nice and thick though, so maybe it was design for a stock cast iron intake or stock Quadrajet in mind.

This gasket was used on a 1985 Chevy 305 engine. Fit just like the one that I removed.
