Worked for my LLY Duramax with stock exhaust flange between the first section that has the catalytic converter looking thing and the rear muffler section.Mine is a regular cab, 8' bed cab and chassis so there is only 2 sections.

This is the correct gasket for the Duramax, between the cat and DPF. The ID and bolt pattern were correct.A word of caution: Amazon list the FelPro 61379 as"frequentl bought together" with this one. From the picture, without size or scale, it looks like the other gasket on the back side of the DPF to the muffler flange. But the 61379 is NOT the correct gasket for the DPF/muffer flange.
