They are extremely good.I installed the intake and got the motor running. Then had a problem with a lifter pumping up.so I pulled the intake back off cleaned the fel-pro gaskets and reused them with out any problem at all

I always buy these gaskets when I pull the intake on my 350! Never had any leaks or issues.

These might be alright for a factory application, for a Vortec head swap leave these alone. I chose these after much research and online recommendations for the leaking intake valley on my 1969 Camaro with 1998 #062 Vortec heads. Followed all instructions to a T. Finally got it all back together and it leaked coolant!!! Started researching and as best I can tell the parts stores (mine anyway) don't sell this version anymore with the metal inside, I could be wrong though. Upon disassembly the bolts that were supposed to have sealant on them, the sealant had "flaked" off and seemed gritty and I had oil on the head side around the intake ports ! I hope I got all the "grit" out! I now have a set of Fel-Pro #1255 supposedly on the way but went to KY ( ?) and haven't made it to Texas as of yet. The valve cover gaskets have worked great for the 30 minutes I had it running.

This gasket set is a really good value, but quality control dropped the Ball this time. Someone cut off one of the alignment pins on the intake manifold gasket and sent it back. Easy to overlook before repacking. This is the 2nd time purchasing this product, I had not problems the 1st time.

Received the gasket set, it had been opened, and had grease on the gaskets and were bent. Did a return and then received a different gasket set 94012-2 instead. Tried another return and wasnt allowed to get a new correct set, only a return. Go figure. The first set is really whats needed for a sbc vortec intake.
