Fit perfectly in a 2010 Ford Fusion SEL (despite what Amazon "confirmed fit" says). I originally purchased this item as well as a FEL-PRO MS 97193 in case the 97194 did not work. However, I found that this item worked perfectly, and even included an EGR gasket, which I had purchased separately.
