GREAT! Just like OEM. Don't use the cheapo gaskets without the metal reinforcement layer built in like this one: someone did that on my car and this caused the mating surface to bend, creating a divot at each bolt hole: next time you R&R the Trans Pan, even with an OEM gasket, you will have a terrific leak. Try over-tightening beyond 8ft/lb. spec and you'll strip out the aluminum bolt holes. Better safe than sorry: pay a little more and get this OEM quality gasket with metal reinforcement layer!

This is a perfect replacement for a 2002 Chevy Malibu LS transmission pan gasket. The gasket is a high-quality silicone rubber and is reusable.

Very high quality gasket. Fit my transmission pan perfectly. The washer is made of steel where the fasteners contact it, so no need to worry about crushing the gasket.

installed on an '06 Cobalt ecotec 2.2L ...no issues. has 2 nice lil positioning nubs so it won't slide around during install, is thick/stiff, & has double ridges for a good seal. far better quality than the limp/flat one that came with my AT filter, but could be slightly less expensive.

This is gasket is fantastic with the metal sandwiched between rubber. It beats the cork ones included with the trans filter 1000 to 1. I've never had a leak so far and torquing down the screws that hold the trans pan I have no fear of squeezing out the gasket. Love it !!!

Great quality and fit perfect on my 2002 Pontiac Grand AM with a 2.2L Ecotec. Has he metal inserts at each bolt hole so you can't crush the gasket.
