Fit perfectly.Be careful with the o ring at the top corner when renstalling the gasket. Use liquid gasket as well. Just for safe measure.

Other reviewers claimed they received a 'used' gasket, but I dont believe that to be the case. Mine did arrive with some surface rust on the outer bare metal portion of the gasket, but this is really a non-issue and the gasket works perfectly once installed, no leaks.

Great gasket and fast shipping...This is a gasket like factory which is a rubber overmolded steel so it is reusable most of the time.It came with a good cardboard backing for shipping which prote Ted it nicely.Every hole ligns up well with transmissionWhat more can you say about a gasket that seals...

Worked as good as the factory gasket. The O-ring they sent was bit of pain to keep in place while putting the side cover back on.
