Have done thousands of feet of fence with these. They are small and fit in your pocket. But, they give just enough leverage to twist wire and fence clips. I’ve used these with field fence, 4 inch goat fence and barbed wire on T posts with success.

These are small light and inexpensive. They make twisting off the ends of fence wire easy. They give a nice looking, very secure way to clean up tag ends without leaving small pieces of wire on the ground.

These are annoying to an extreme. Poorly designed and will only frustrate you and anyone else that tries to use it.

The tool was perfect to make tight wraps when splicing and tying off fence ends. Instead of using pliers this tool was small enough to fit within the 2x4 sections of welded wire.
