Really pleased with these pullers, i am not using it for chain but rather stretching 2" PVC to reweb a set of lawn chains. Even heating 2" PVC web material it is still too inelastic to for me to stretch to the tension I want. But pulling the ends together with these pullers and bolting the ends together works great.

Looks sturdy, should work much better than many cheaper versions out there. Came with many visible scratches on the upper metal part, though no other signs of use.
