Half of the cast iron flange on my 1950's toilet rusted out and I used this product to repair it. It worked like a charm, very easy to install.

Easy to use and will keep you from having to replace the entire flange. Both sides of the flange was cracked so I installed one on each side. I screwed them down with 2 stainless steel screws on each side.

This is a nice solid little spanner. I ended up using a spanner that accommodated screwing to the floor. Also, for my needs i wanted the repair to be under the flange. I would guess in the majority of situations you would likely place this piece on top of the flange for the lack space to put the bolt in.

Not much to say about this, the product is self explanatory. Used this to repair the broken flange on my toilet. Installation is simple and so far after 3 months my toilet is still secured down tight.
