I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice guitar this was. The paint job was beautiful. The pick ups sounded nice. Switches and knobs all felt good. The neck felt great, but was a bit too narrow for me at the nut. Amazing what a nice guitar you can get for under $300. The only adjustment it needed was to lower the saddles for the action. A terrific value for either a beginner guitar or a guitar that you would like to upgrade the electronics in. Great quality and bang for the buck.

I bought this tele style Fresley after watching a YouTube video where they disassembled a brand new one. It's solid mahogany. The quality is really shown in the video. With Wilkinson pickups and Grover tuners, I think that this is much better than the Fender Squire. It's about half the price of a standard tele. The workmanship is excellent on the one I received. It plays and sounds great. I didn't like the strings on it. They felt odd for some reason. I replaced them with GHS boomers. My only beef with it is that it was inspected in April 30, 2024. I received it February 2025. Sitting around in a warehouse for almost a year, the setup changed on it. I had to adjust the truss rod to remove the relief and reset the bridge height. This was quite a bit of playing around to get the neck flat. A novice player should return it if you get one that is off spec. After getting the action corrected, it plays and sounds great. This is a very good guitar and well worth the money.

I was in the market for a budget telecaster and since I already have a few Squier Strats, I decided to try something different. This guitar caught my eye mainly because of the blue color combo initially. I decided to check some youtube reviews to see how it compares to Squier. Was on sale for under $300 which is right around the price of my Squier Affinity guitars. Overall very pleased with how it feels and sounds out of the box. 1st and maybe only mods will be a set of strings and a proper setup. This neck is a 12" radius versus all my Squiers at 9.5" radius. I like having something with a different playing feel now.

Sounds good right out of box. No buzz. Stays in tune. Some Fret sprout, but otherwise a great buy. Even without new strings, set-up or any mods, this guitar is a straight-up melodic version of a higher end Tele, with the twang also at hand. Talking the $1900-2000 "F"-range. With a little work and a few upgrade mods, this guitar is a sure winner. Have some upper-end Pups and hardware waiting in the wings. In fact, I just bought another one to also mod- going Nashville with that- and why not!

Guitar arrived in great condition. Neck needed no adjustment. Frets we’re all level. Nice low action. Tuning keys are holding tune. Paint job is perfect. Fun to play. Just one problem has an annoying buzz when I take hands off the strings. I have other single coil guitars that don’t do this. Using a sound gate to mitigate the buzz, but still need to find the cause.

Got the wrong guitar, ended up with the strat, still very happy. So this review is for the strat.Very modern sounding pickups, only plugged into a small desktop Amp. Needed a new set of 10s strings came with 9s. Had to adjust the screws in the back but if you get the tele you won't have that problem. The neck feels great, very professional feel. Frets are a bit rough and could use sanding at the edge of the fingerboard.Tuners are stable.

Good guitar for the money. Fret ends needed a little filing and tone pot has a rough spot but sounds and looks good.
