This is a great hose, light weight construction while also Sturdy. The fittings are Aluminum (to avoid lead in brass fittings so it's drinkable), so don't cross thread while connecting.2 Caveats.Mine was shipped with TWO garden hose washers (back to back) in the female end. This really shouldn't be necessary - but if you take one out, be aware the one left in the female may be Backwards, you need to reverse it so the little threads are Facing what you're screwing the hose onto, not the flat surface of the washer.#2 - this hose must be LINE LAID to avoid kinks. (All kinking is due to user error...) Like all heavy hoses and cords, this hose was manufactured in a uniform, non-torsion (twisted) process. When you're hand coiling or uncoiling the hose, you have to add or subtract a half twist for every revolution. (If you're using a reel, and you rolled it up straight, just unroll it straight.) There are 2 white lines running the length of the hose with the brand and size, as long as these are always up (or down, or the same position) this hose absolutely will not kink. If you don't pay attention to this, you'll get kinks because the construction is light (this is good, who wants to lug a heavy hose even without even water in it!) The hose will resist kinking to a slight degree if you're not paying attention, but Line Laid is Hose 101 for any hose.And the low price - Wow!!

So I have a dog water bowl near a spigot on our house . A long hose is just pain to use to fill it. My cheap hose I cut off didn't last too long. Get what you pay for. 😆. However this one is very nice. 3 feet is perfect! It hangs and does not touch the ground so water drains right out of it. The blue rubber part (or whatever the material is) is flexible and bends easily. The ends are very nice and sturdy. Not plastic or cheap but a metal type material. I can’t say enough about this little hose! Works great!!

I delayed a review to see how well this hose aged. I’m happy to tell you that this is a good product in my yard. It’s been exposed to full sun and a heat wave and is still in great shape. It’s a sturdy hose and it doesn’t really kink up, but is still flexible. The color doesn’t seem to have faded and it hasn’t sprung any leaks. Of course, the best part is you can drink from it in the middle of summer when you’re outside and it’s hot.

just what i was looking for, don't care that it kinks a little. very nice, light, soft hose with solid fittings. downside is it is a bit restrictive as flow is down a bit. now i just hope it does not turn into a gooey mess like the best selling green hose.****UPDATE****Downgraded my rating...after 11 months this hose (see first pic) is stickier and gooeyer than even the green hose. I bought the Aqua Joe hose (2nd pic) at the same time an it is still clean and dry. Recommend you pass on Fevone and go for the Aqua Joe.

I wanted a hose to use for filling/emptying our hot tub. Prior hoses were smaller diameter and were always kinking and restricting the water flow. This is a nice heavy duty hose, that is light in weight but sturdy. Much easier to move it around. The end connections are well made.

I used to extend as designed,, much stronger than a regular hose which after a while failed,, this one has been on the job for several months and I have confidence in it
