Installation Note:
Align the upper part of the bottle slot with the slot of the base, press hard so that the three slots click and lock each other, so that the water bottle is stable and not easy to fall off.

It’s a really cool concept except for the fact that if your critters happen to get poo under their nails it will transfer into the water since they need to use their hands to prop themselves up. My guinea pigs are fairly young so they are messy which may have some roll to play. I really liked it for my older girl as she doesn’t need to use her feet to access the water like the young ones. Moral of the story I don’t recommend this product for New Guinea pig owners it requires a lot of maintenance (time)

These are great because I don't have to put their eater bowls on the floor where they tip them or fill them with hay constantly lol. Keeps water fresh.

I really liked these water bottles for my two Guinea pigs to begin with but then after a couple of refills one of the bottles constantly is leaking. The base is always overflowing. It’s very frustrating. I don’t know if it is just a fluke or if this eventually starts to happen. I don’t think that I’d recommend

I was so excited to use these for my wildlife rehabilitation but there is no way to attach this bottle to the cage. It needs to have the screw part on the opposite side. I am so bummed
