I put this flywheel in an Integra with a B16A mated with a OEM spec clutch. This flywheel feels great. I noticed more mid-range response and in the top end. The throttle response has increased. You have to shift fast or the rpm's will drop fast! It's great for heel-toe action because of the fast response it provides. Since, it is very light the low end has seemed to decreased, but it's not really a problem to me. The good thing about this flywheel is that you can replace the plate with their friction kit whenever you replace the clutch again.
