I think this would be a great item for nursing students. It’s sturdy, keeps you organized and has critical values listed on the first page.

It's compact every thing you need to know to care for your patient. Con: you have to write small. I sometimes use two pages per patient

Great for writing reports but the size is way too small. If you have to add more you run out of room quick, I would recommend the bigger one just like this.

Good for nursing students or nurses getting report. I like the perforated pages it keeps the book tidy and you can just rip out a few pages so you dont have to carry the entire book around.

This little book is just small enough to fit in my front scrub pocket so I can carry it with me throughout my shift. I like the way the sheets are categorized and organized and the fact that the sheets are perforated so you can rip them out. It comes with 2 books so it should last me a while!

I was wanting a book on er nursing cheat sheets not report sheets. But I’m keeping these just in case I need them on a different contract somewhere they don’t have Epic which does all this for you.
