I've had my eye on field notebooks for a while, and so glad I took the plunge for a recent conference. high quality, easy to carry, bold colors (so I wouldn't lose it!). fold it, unfold it, pocket it — completely convenient, always at hand. graph paper helped me concentrate my writing. will be using this approach many times in the future.

As an amateur indie game developer, I appreciate having a convenient and portable means to draft down level ideas when I don't have access to my home computer, and these certainly help with that aspect.That said, the staples binding the booklets together makes it hard to draw in the center margin. Do bear that in mind before you make the mistake of attempting to use a double-page span for your projects or schematics.The booklets certainly feel as though they were made on a small budget, but for the equally-small price tag, they do their job fine.

I use them constantly. One is dedicated to my doctors appointments, one to my daily "to do" list, and one to reducing my chocolate addiction. And so on. There are other time management systems I could use, but these little dedicated purpose notepads are mine.

I like the type that has lines forming squares. It allows me to write or do other things. Fits conveniently in the pocket so I can write down notes at the moment. I will get more and keep using them. A good resource for me on the job.

These little notebooks are great for their size and having the graph lines on it makes them great for easily drawing along lines or writing in them. The size is perfect for a back pocket with out problem, so you can always have one with you for jotting down notes or a quick sketch of something. Totally recommend them for anyone that needs to carry around a small notebook!

Perfect size for keeping in your pocket on the job site .I like the grid lines .. After a few days in my pocket in the summer heat and sweat though , the outer paper was wearing thin . I can see that a notebook holster might help or i might try the water proof version next time
