This arrived last night. However, I'm thinking this was a returned item. I am basing this on what I've seen in pictures other reviewers have posted. As you can see in my pictures, it came wrapped in a foam-type bag. There was no cardboard form inside the box to keep it secure. Also, the extra washer was not in any little bag, it was just lying on the bottom of the box. There was no red flow restrictor in the box, or in the shower head under the washer. Neither was there a STOP instruction sheet for the restrictor. This really didn't bother me, as I was planning on removing the restrictor anyway. When I opened the shower head, the filter did not look used. I installed it this morning, and it appears to be working just fine. I'm wondering if someone tried it, didn't like it, and returned it barely used. As long as it's working I'm ok with it. It installed quickly, and there are no leaks. So, I will be keeping it unless something happens with it within the return window. All this being said, I am finding that Amazon seems to be regularly sending out returned items without checking what might be the reason for the return. I ordered a baby gate recently and when I went to install it, parts were missing. I wrote "MISSING PARTS" on the box in the hope that they don't just turn around and send it off to some other customer. I have decided to write the reason on the packaging of any item I return, if it's broken or missing parts. Hopefully, this might prevent Amazon from sending it to another unsuspecting customer. My second annoyance is I paid $29.97 for this showerhead. It was same day delivery. When I got the showerhead later in the day, the product page now said it's $25.99 - with an additional $6.00 coupon - with next day delivery. So, $10.00 less in the course of one day. Really? I would have gone with next day delivery to save $10.00. I call bs, Amazon😡.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: I've been using this for about a week now, so thought I'd do an update. I have it on the "Rain+Intense" setting, because I like a larger amount of water from my shower head. There's definitely "rain", but the "intense" is not so much. If I do only the "intense" the pressure is good, but with the R+I setting the intense pressure is only moderate, as the water is dispersed through more holes. All-in-all, this is just an ok shower head. Not quite what I was hoping. I think I'll return the 2 extra filters I bought, and look for a different shower head when it's time to change the filter.

We have hard water and for the last year, my skin has been so dry and my scalp itchy. I finally took the time to research shower filters and I’m so glad I bought the premium filter and shower head in brushed nickel. It looks great and with the first shower, I’m impressed at how soft my skin feels—it’s the difference between night and day--really! I also didn’t know we had such good water pressure but with this new shower head, the water comes out forcefully and finally, I can easily wash my hair clean. It has multiple spray settings for making the water come out more gently too. Another thing I love is that the filter can be easily changed by simply unscrewing the shower head and not having to touch the pipe connecting to the wall. I know it’s just the first day that I’m using this but getting a water filter for the shower has been long overdue and I’m glad I chose this one.

I saw this come up as a deal on Prime Day and was in need of a solution for water filtration as my blonde hair was regularly turning yellow even though I use cold water & purple/blue shampoos. I hesitated to buy it for a while solely due to my assumption that it would be hard to install, but the only difficult part was removing my previous shower head because it was improperly installed. Once we were ready to put in the new head, it was as simple as screwing a bottle cap on a water bottle & no tools were needed.Additionally, I was very impressed by the water pressure and filtration quality. There are multiple settings depending on your preference ranging from “misty spray†to “sprinkle†to “pressurized sprayâ€. I personally like the “sprinkle†setting for body cleansing and “pressurized spray†for hair washing especially as someone with thick hair.If you are looking for an easy solution to elevate your shower & improve your water, this is a STEAL!
