Filters well. I have several allergies and using this filter has made the air feel cleaner. Here’s a side by side picture of this filter; dirty and clean version. It collects a lot of dust particles. I know replacement is recommended every 3 months. I probably replaced every 6 months. It is a snug fit but on my system it doesn’t bend and I don’t have to trim anything like other reviews have mentioned. I’m repurchasing because I’m happy with the product.

good filter. It gets quite bit of debris in the air. Better than the one the previous owner left with the house (I forgot what it was). If you have dust related allergy, I recommend this filter.

I continue to utilize the Filtrete Merv 13 due to the quality of it. However, it is not easy to install because of the super snug fit. I usually need to take a knife and crush in one corner to get it fit so that I can put the cover on it. I will continue to use this filter until I find a better one that fits with same or better quality.

Always use 3M products. They do get really dirty but they capture a lot in the house I recommend this to anyone who’s a home owner

After a few weeks these are almost black. I can only assume this means all of that "was" in the air.Great filters.
