The reason for the return is that the air return is in the ceiling and the filters, though they are the correct size, the model needed has "lip" that is part of the measurement--thus these filters are too large.I took them to UPS to return and, because I do not have the box, the cost to ship them back to you is $62 and change even though I had the return authorization.The filters cost me $96.06. How do I send these back without paying another $62?

These filters fit perfectly. The MERV 11 rating helps to traps particles and dust that cause allergies without restricting the air flow.
