We bought these magnet hooks to put on our fridge for potholders on one side. They used to hang above our stove, and they were getting greasy from cooking. We decided to get these hooks just for the potholders and have them away from the stove. We have the hooks hanging on one side of the fridge next to the microwave. Really handy to grab some potholders. The hooks are strong with the magnets and don't move with hastily grabbing a potholder. Very handy! Also, that side of the fridge looks really nice with each hook hanging two matching potholders per hook and placed in a design that looks really nice!

I haven't used these yet going to use them on an upcoming Cruise but magnets are surprisingly strong for the size of them they're not very big so don't let the pictures fool you they're a little bit bigger than the tip of your thumb from your knuckle to the tip which are great to just throw in your carry-on for the cruise but seem to be very powerful don't think I'll have any problems with them holding up my banners

These are a perfect small sized magnet and hook with a great amount of magnetic power. Super strong.

These hooks do the job for the lowest price I could find. At ~$4.50 for 6 of them, it's a pretty good deal. However, these are significantly smaller tahn the picture let me to believe. I should have paid more attention, but I was thinking the magnetic base was going to be quite a bit wider, when in reality it's only a bit wider than a dime.The magnets are fairly strong, but there's absolutely no way these things could support 28 lbs. I hung my work keyring with 10 keys on it to test it out, and it immediately scooted down slightly as I let go. I'm confident that it would hold up, but it does seem like it would scoot around a lot. I would only use these for very light things.I bought these to stick on the side of a file cabinet for my employees to hang their keys when they aren't needed, and for smaller keyrings of about 5 keys each, they do the job well. Don't expect to put anything too much heavier on them, though.I also noticed a quality control issue with the threading on two of the hooks - the machining was a bit rough so you really have to force them into the magnetic base. One of them won't even screw in all the way. 4/6 of them are fine, but the other two are tricky. I'm sure once they're screwed in they'll be fine, but it's kind of annoying when you first use them.Overall, these hooks are decent. The magnets are strong enough for lightweight items and the hooks are a good size, but don't expect them to be super secure and expect some potentially iffy quality control.

These work perfect to hold jewelry or any other thing you want to hold in a small space. The magnet is strong. Would recommend to others.

If you hang these with the hooks straight out then they tend to slide down whatever you have them attached to. Magnet surface is just to smooth. I ended up hanging them underneath a shelf and so far so good. For reference I am using them to hold up a clip board with about 5 sheets of paper on it.

These magnets are truly strong. I used them to hang wet clothes, including one-piece swimsuits, jackets, pants. It’s true that if you hang them from the metallic ceiling in a cruise cabin, they are very very strong, stronger than if you hang them from the walls. I found that 6 was enough for two people. The small plastic storage case is handy, as well. The only thing to watch is that once the magnet is stuck on, you have to slide it to a crack to get it unstuck, that’s how much they grip. Also used them to prop my elastic laundry drying line: one on each end, and one in the middle.

I bought these to stick on the fridge to hang a picture from. The hook is a little large and protruding for this to work well but that's my fault for not noticing it. The magnet is strong enough to hold a fair weight and they look well made.
