Have not measured runout or used all of them but the ones I’ve used appear to run true enough

If you are considering a collet chuck & collets the only reason I can think of is to acheive better accuracy over a 3 jaw chuck or at least that is the reason I went to collets for my Drill Mill. I wasn't disappointed because the ER32 collets, even if they require more time for set up, are far more accurate than my drill chuck.Unfortunately , that was not the case with this ER40 12 collet set. I checked out three collets in this set this set, runout was more using these collets than my 3 jaw lathe chuck. Fortunately, I purchased these from Amazon and returned them promptly. ER40 Collets I have purchased singly have been considerably more costly, but accurate. Now once bitten I am leary of sets.

Para el precio pienso que estan bien, pienso usarlo como Chuck para el torno, tengo otro juego para la fresadora y si son más precisas, como dato el juego que compre tiene una excentricidad de .002" a .004", lo que me gustó es que tiene para medidas hasta 1 1/8", lo que las otras marcas solo llegan a 1"
