We keep our gun safes, personal documents, and things like that in our Master Bedroom Closet, and with two young kids, and different house sitters when we travel, we wanted a way to keep unwanted access to our closet, but not be a hassle for us to use keys or punch in a number just to walk in and grab a shirt. This did the trick! Very high quality, very easy to setup, and works 100% of the time! This has a fantastic biometric scanner compared to other products out there. This worked great for about a month. Then it started not unlocking but showing on the app that it was unlocked. I had to unlock it over and over again and eventually it unlocked. I changed the batteries hoping that would fix the issue but it did not. Now the lights are no longer on and it just beeps when I try to unlock it via the app. There is a spot to plug in the lock in case the batteries die but that is not doing anything either. The app says the battery is at 50%. Quite a bit of money for a lock that intermittently works. I have now been trying to get into my room for 3 hours with no luck.

I own several smart door locks but the BIWIBON is by far the most user friendly and secure smart door lock I have purchased.The installation was really straightforward and simple and the customer service is awesome.I will be purchasing more BIWIBON products in the future.

It's a budget product, comparing to well known brands, so it accomplish what you are paying for.The installation smooth as posible, on the printed instructions the screw behind the handle wasn't so clear.Playing around with the different options and configuration the front handle was blocked, no backlight, no finger print reading, no card reading, that scares me because it could let me out of my own home, this happened less than 20 min after the installation, so the batteries were brand new.I'm gonna carry the physical key just in case.

At the beginning, I thought I'd liked it, but now, I realize it's probably one of the worst things I've ever bought, it's very pretty and cool looking, but I've spent more money on batteries. Then I did the doorknob itself, one out of ten would not recommend.

I really liked this product at first. It’s really easy to install. The fingerprint feature is lovely, and you can add more than one. The only thing is it DIES CONSTANTLY. I have to put batteries in almost everyday. I will be returning this because of how quickly it dies. Also the key fob it came with never works. I had to set it up multiple times.
