It was easy to assemble, affordable and rolls nicely. It fits under a kitchen desk perfectly. It is split to support legal and letter size, so great for paperwork and storing larger items. You can place the bottom shelf at the lowest level giving plenty of room to stack small boxes, books or binders underneath the files. Durability is great thus far, but still adding files and only in use for a month.

I have been into genealogy since 1979 and in the last year have been getting rid of papers with info that now is either online or in my computer. Still, the amount of paper documents and forms has been huge. I bought a cart at a local store but it sagged and would not roll when I started putting the folders in so it was returned. I got this cart yesterday and put the files in. Everything, even some books, fit and it rolls easily. As you can see from the pictures it is packed, almost to full capacity. Not sure how it would do on carpet but on our hard surface floor it rolls easily to go under my desk. I like the way the letter sized folder are in one section and the legal sized one are separate. For the first time ever, I have everything sorted and can now take one family group at a time and go through all the papers to through out what is irrelevant. Now all I need are some more tabs and inserts to make labels for all the folders.

This item is not very sturdy. I may use it down the road for something but it certainly doesn't fit the application I purchased it for. If you just need to hang a few pendaflex folders it will probably work.

File rack arrived on time with no defects. I found 2 flaws for my use the divider piece floats, moves. It doesn't stay in place. It is not attacked to rack sides. I corrected the problem by taping it where I need it to be to hold letter size folders. The second problem for my needs is I wish both sides of the divider had room to hold letter sized files instead of letter & legal files. It does meet my needs for temporary files and it fits perfectly under my desk.

This cart is perfect for under my desk and has quite a bit of storage capability for my files as well as for some supplies. Instead of a double row of regular sized hanging files, did one legal sized and the other regular sized ! I roll it in and out from under the desk and its holding up just fine. Would definitely repurchase !
