Arrived extremely wrinkled and I got worried. Saw several YouTube videos on how to shape and finally just followed the instructions of the seller. I used the steam function on my iron and then stuffed it with blankets and it looks so much better! Very sturdy beautiful natural color and a great git in my daughters nursery.

I steamed the basket upon arrival, like the product description recommends, and within 5 minutes, I had removed all creases, it's now perfectly round, and it stands up straight. I also aired it out by an open window for an afternoon, and it no longer off-gasses (which was not a chemically smell, or anything, just the natural jute, I assume). The handles are strong (so far), and I've used it multiple times to carry heavy loads of laundry to and from the basement laundry room at the complex where I live. I appreciate the look and texture of this basket very much

I purchased two of these baskets and they have quickly become one of my favorite home items not only are they stylish, but they’re functional and versatile. The only thing I did not like and would like to recommend is better instructions be included to remove the wrinkles in the fabric.Outside of that the design is really elegant and timeless. The material gives it a very modern look that fits with my home decor and practically any home decor. It’s a perfect size for various uses, very sturdy and holds its shape once it’s molded. I got the larger baskets and they are deep enough for story, pillows, blankets I particularly use them for storing all my winter gloves and scarves for all three of my kids, my husband and myself and the other basket I use for all our various sport attire.

I'm really happy with this cotton rope laundry hamper by Fiona's magic. It's a great alternative to the traditional plastic hamper and adds a nice touch to my bedroom. It's tall and spacious, and it can easily hold a week's worth of dirty clothes for one person.

Not at all what I expected. Came folded tight to the point of never getting the cylinder shape. Also smaller than expected. But the shape will never be what the photo looks like from folding. Super disappointed. Could find better at Ross or TJ Maxx.

My 12 year old loves this clothes basket , it’s very thick and came crunched up after shipping, we squished a cover into it for it to take its shape but now it does stand on its own , very thick material , no tears or rips and it’s cute, it matches her boho themed room perfectly.

These are great but so hard to get them formed to the shape in the photos. I’ve tried stuffing them for a while with pillows, steaming out the creases but it just always pops back to the folded look.
