I couldn’t be more pleased. It comes fully assembled (you just unfold it). And, yes, it folds for storage in the warmer months which is awesome. Simple, clean design. It also holds a lot of wood if you load it up. The handles make it easy to move around with wood in it as well (to relocate or vacuum around). I’d definitely recommend it!

I love this! It is strong and perfect small size but it holds a lot of wood. The sides fold in for storage. It folded into shape easily out of the box. I am so happy with this purchase!

Perfect size! Holds several logs in a small space. Sides can be used as handles to make moving logs from outdoors to indoors. Great price too!

We bought an electric fireplace insert to go in our wood fireplace and wanted something to help hide the cord that runs out the front and side. Didn't want to spend a lot and didn't want anything too big (since we're not really using the wood). This was about the cheapest and smallest I could find, both good things for us, but I don't know why these things are so expensive. I'd say it could hold about 14 pieces of wood (the kind you get at the gas station). Overall it serves its purpose and we're very happy with it. If you want something more heavy duty or would hold more wood I'd probably say look at spending a little more.

i have a fireplace in the living room although i dont' need actually firewood to get it going, but to add to the design/decor of the fireplace area i bought this and got a few logs to put in it to give it that earthly/home touch.
