We have a two story house in the city and would need this efficient design in case of fire - to get out of the house through a window. It came ready to use and does not tangle or require anything fussy - the way it is built is great for when you are in a panic and need something to do the work for you

Thankfully i have not had to use this fire escape ladder! However it is there in the event of an emergency! It arrives in good packaging with detailed and easy to read instructions! I believe my only complaint is the metal on the ladder is EXTREMELY sharp, I would be worried about cutting myself while setting it up or climbing down it, it does however seem very sturdy with strong straps. It stores well in a closet right next to my escape window, would recommend again!

I never used this product. Hopefully I never will need to. I have practiced unraveling the stairs which are velcro strapped for easy storage in the red bag it came with. The bag is very durable material and bright red. This escape ladder is built very sturdy and the clamps that hold onto the window frame or balcony is wide and adjusts very easily. I'd recommend anyone living on upper floors to not only purchase these but practice your escape plan with them should you need it.

I like the sturdiness and it’s not to heavy. It’s very easy to unpack and long enough to use off our deck.
