I have abused the crap out of this thing hauling prob 90 lb of logs (each trip) up a 150' hill, my property is on a hill and it's like exercise so why not.

We were splitting firewood the other day when I implemented this to haul the pieces to the log pile. The pieces were 2-4" in width and I was able to carry several at a time using this bundle. However, due to their bulky nature, I was not able to sling this carrier over my shoulders. Unless you are over 6' tall, the straps are too long to carry this at your side (similar to bag of groceries), but the handle wrap implies that you should be able to. I am 5'8" and this bag was skimming the ground. I would suggest a second set of shorter handles for those who cannot or choose not to carry this over their shoulders. However, I will say that the canvas is durable and holds up well under the weight of the wood. The straps are thick and well attached. There are hook and loop tabs to keep the bundle together when laden with wood, and the metal loops they thread through are solid.

I used this for a few weeks last winter to bring a few hours of firewood in at one time. It made the job so much easier than trying to carry it in my arms. Plus it keeps you from getting dirty from the debris stuck to the logs. It is also great for collecting wood while camping. One trec in the woods and I had plenty of wood for a fire.

Multiple carry-strap options are useful, and it's comfortable to carry even a substantial load of wood. The construction / materials is robust. Unrolls to allow for stacking in a way that maximises the amount of wood carried in a single load (it's almost like wood Tetris!) Worthwhile purchase.
