Attached this to my 5.11 Rush12, mounts solid, full clamshell opening for accessing first aid supplies, some elastic straps for managing all the crap you stuff in there, and at least twice the quality you would expect at this price. I'll definitely keep an eye out for Orca products for future needs.

This is a high quality pouch that is a very good size for a trauma bleed (blow out) kit. The inside has good quality, strong elastic bands of a couple different sizes that will hold your gauze and tape rolls, pressure bandages, etc. There is one internal compartment that holds a good number of gauze pads as well as chest seals. The external Molle is also good quality. This pouch would serve well as a general belt-carried first aid kit (or small gear kit) for small group outings, and is certainly good for an IFAK. My pouch stays separately in my pickup, but can be quickly attached to my GHB. It does need waterproofing, however at this price point this is a very good pouch, and I recommend it.I think you will find that building and having such an emergency kit will provide you with a better sense of preparedness for everyday life and a higher piece-of-mind level.

lots of places to store things and molle straps to weave onto whatever you have that accepts molle. I have it on my 40L pack also by Orca Tactical. Comes with First Aid morale patch which is nice so if anyone else needs to access my pack they know where first aid supplies are.I have it stuffed with compressed gauze, Israel bandage, tourniquets, chest seals, saline vials for flushing, pulse ox, BZK wipes, alcohol swaps, butter fly stitches, ammonia salts, silvercel dressing, etc. this thing can fit a good amount of supplies for how small it is, it's no full solution but a good additive, or small first aid kit.it's held up well for being drug around, slammed down, etc.

Decent for personal first aid kit for hiking or biking. Good price. The cross patch could be removed or swapped for any Velcro backed patch, if re-purposing. Plenty of room for finger splint, tourniquet, battle dressing bandage etc. Good video reviews on youtube. There are two rows of stitching on each critical seam (zippers. I doubt you will find anything better in this price range.

Alright folks.. If you are having any issues at all with trying to decide between a few pouches then look no further! This product is everything you need. The space is perfect and overall quality and design is amazing. I will admit, I was hesitant at first being that there are so many options out there. I went with my gut instinct and it paid off big time! I’m running this on my AR500 Armor plate carrier with a TQ, full size CPR face mask, 10 pairs of gloves, flashlight, and GSW Trauma Pack. Everything sits comfortably and Flush (I’ll add Pictures later). Now, as for the business itself... These guys are amazing. Lightning fast shipping, great product quality and packaging, amazing customer service...the list can go on forever. This is a small business that knows customer service and will do anything to make sure we are satisfied. With that being said, this business is going to sit right in my back pocket must I need something in the future. Thank you guys!

This is a very nice bag. The size will accommodate a small group backpacking trip or solo backwoods adventure. I added the "Adventure Medical Kits Trauma Pak with QuikClot" and it fits snugly in one side of the bag. I then added some basic first aid supplies stored in the other side. I know have a good bag with a decent amount of supplies. The bag is well constructed, nice think material. The zipper doe snot bind or stick. I used some BLACKHAWK Speed Clips(5") to secure to the outside of my pack. With htis bag I have access to my emergency gear without having to get into my pack and it saves room in the pack for other items. I am very pleased with the product

I attached this Orca Tactical MOLLE EMT Medical First Aid Utility Pouch to a Seamand Military Tactical Hydration Pack Backpack, works great as a first aid kit. Perfect size to create my own first aid selection geared more for hiking and riding accidents, but can be used for almost anything. Snaps allows easy attachment and removal of the pouch to any MOLLE compatible gear, very secure. Will be looking at getting 2 more. Velcro allows first aid patch, perfect size for other morale patches.

Great little (3x6x7.5) MOLLE bag. I will use as a first aid initial response bag, but, it can be used for anything. The medic badge is on a Velcro strip so, is removable if needed. Great construction, no sewing flaws, double-stitched zipper attachment, drain hole, internal fabric seams have been professionally finished with nylon 'tape' giving you a no-fray result. Internally there are several pockets and elastic bands to secure your items. 600 denier poly material. One and a half inch loop centered inside on one end would allow you to hang the bag and use as a hygiene kit.Need to investigate other 'Orca' products. This one's a keeper.
