The seller showed interest in the problem, demonstrating his seriousness.The first kit had problems but the second battery and charger kit is working very well.The seller is professional and serious, a problem with these products can always happen but the seller will take care of this aspect and Amazon is an additional guarantee.Now I can give a 5 star rating to the product and the seller.First review:The charger did not work from the first use.The batteries were found to be defective after first use.

UPDATE:Original charger didn't want to charge properly after one charge. Company contacted me and wanted to make it right. I received a replacement unit and the new charger works better. It has an individual light for each battery and each one lights up either green or red based on which battery is complete.I also tested the batteries on a quality brand 60w video light an dat full brightness without fan on I got 2.5 hours at 100% which is pretty good. Because of the low cost of the batteries and responsive brand support, I increased it to 4 stars. The only reason I took off a star is because this charger takes hours to charge both batteries so it's something you'd want to do overnight if you deplete the batteries. Still, for the low cost of the batteries it's still a great value.

I bought three of these in July for some studio lighting. One of the chargers was bad out of the box. Amazon swapped it, no problem. I generally use the lighting on line power so had never had occasion to use the batteries until yesterday. When i tried the chargers (first time since the initial charge), TWO of the chargers are bad now. In all the cases the charger just blinks red and will not charge. I hope the batteries hold up better than the chargers, but those chargers are junk.Although no instructions are provided, my research on the vendor site indicate that the LEDs are off until the batteries are fully charged, then turn solid red. As you see in the picture (i know you cant see them blink, but trust me, they are) the filed chargers blink red whether the have a battery or not.I do not recommend these. Look at other products.
