I suspect this may not be a made-in-Austria Fisch bit. Note the difference in packaging between the bit above (first photo, on the left) and an older Fisch bit (on the right.) However, it drilled four very clean holes, which is all I needed. Second photo is the exit side of the holes. Excellent for the price charged.

This bit was delivered on time but was not as pictured. It had a round shaft not a shaft that would fit in any of my quick release drill chucks. Thus, it wasn't worth the excessive cost.

It seems sharp. No I’d saying made in Austria. If it is made in China then it it is way overpriced.

I used the drill to drill through a TAGUA nut (Palm Ivory) and it worked like a charm! PERFECT HOLE.
