These fishing lures are awesome for big fish! They look very realistic and are made with awesome quality for the price. They also come packaged in a mini tack box- these would make a great gift for the avid fisher in your life.

If someone had bought these for me as a gift, I would have been thrilled. How often can you say that about a gift that cost less than $15? I got 7F, chosen for the body shape and the colors. Anytime I can get some blue in the water the large mouth in my area, that are gorging on Bluegill, are in trouble. These lures have a great swimming action, coupled with the rattle and the flashy blade at the back - these will catch fish. The print quality is nice as are the eyes, the hooks are big and sharp too.

A few dollars apiece for a five pack is a good opening line in any fishing lure sales pitch. Throwing in a sturdy and reusable tackle box for them is a nice follow up. I took them down to a local park and gave them a real world chance here in south Florida. This review is similar to one I wrote for another brand of lures which are very similar to this, and all is accurate. The main difference is that these ones are long and slim vice the other’s shorter, fatter stature. Mostly the difference is in the fact that the longer design leads to less tangling in your line or with the lure’s second set of hooks between casts.I try out a lot ofe listing. They sink. The addition of the swivel and spinner at the end really adds that minnow-like flash that visual hunters like the largemouth and peacock bass down here like. I’ve also had swivels similar to these fail by separating after numerous snags and strikes by aggressive fish. No problems after a few long days with these, but I have my suspicions. I have to say that even during spring nesting season, I’ve h these Chinese-made lures, so I get to see what delivers and what doesn’t. The action is typical of these segmented hard baits, which is to say nice. They are NOT TOPWATER LURES by any stretch, and that’s a major flaw in thad numerous follows and tugs, but no actual hooks. That’s unusual down here, so there’s something inviting suspicions in my finned prey.These also aren’t weedless by a long shot. Be sure you have deep water conditions without a lot of snags or lush green growth. You’ll just be inviting frustration otherwise.

For approximately $4/each (2/19/2025), these lures shouldn’t be this nice. But they are! I am assembling a fishing bag to keep in my car for days when I need to step out of my office and cast a line for a bit. These lures are beautiful, just teh right weight, and the pant colors should work well in my New England fishing grounds.PROs:(+) They weight exactly what they should and cast well. (It’s winter so I had to cast onto my lawn.). They should work with reels from 1500-3500, depending upon the rod. I would say 2000-2500 is the perfect reel size, but perhaps a better/more experienced angler can opine.(+) The action works well. I tied on onto a leader and ran it around my bathtub. (Again, the ponds are frozen here.). The action is realistic and I think it will catch fish.CONs:(-) At this price, none, and I rarely say that.I am going to be using these for trout on opening day and for largemouth bass later in the season. If they perform as well as my limited tests suggest, I highly recommend them.

I ordered these primarily due to the spinner blades on the back hook. They are attached to the hook with a small swivel. I have not seen any lures like this before, and have always felt that adding a swivel to a jig improves my catch rate. I hope the same is true with these plugs.It's February, are lakes are covered with ice. Fishing season for walleye, bass, and pike does not open until May. Therefore, I have not tried these lures, but I have had good results with similar lures, and I hope the spinner will be an extra bonus.The current price is $16.99 for five lures -- less than $3.40 per lure. This is a great value. When reviewing fishing lures and hooks, one of the first things I check is the hooks. Often I find some hook points are slightly bent over making them duller than they should be. I checked every hook point in this set, and all of them were sharp with no bent over points.

These fishing lures are going to be well used this summer. I always give lures to my husband and son to look at since they know more than I do about them. They were very excited about these lures and the fact that they give the life like swimming look to them. The metal hooks are very strong as well and the lures seem like they will last quite sometime as long as they are stored properly. The jointed areas on the fish to cause the swim life effect are rather durable but I worry if you do not store correctly they will easily break.

If you've seen any of my other reviews on fishing equipment, you'll know I review them according to quality when I get them. Buying lures online is hit and miss. This was a hit.I got 8B because I like the natural colors, and I have some lures like these in the smaller size. The fish listed for these lures are the ones I target. I tied a line on them and dragged them around my pond water and the actions is terrific. It's still freezing here in Ohio, so the koi were hiding in the deep spot of my pond, but I kept my eyes open. :-)Nice, sturdy hooks and a quality feel to these lures makes me give them a thumbs up.I'll be taking these to the tusk river in the spring and there are a few lakes nearby with a variety of fish. I'll update this if I catch anything with these, but I rate these a good, solid buy.
