I love these ankle straps. They are comfortable. I use them for both cables and resistance bands. Bonus: you have some color options.Having a cuff that works well for women is great! These are easy to put on and take off without any fuss. They are comfortable enough that I can wear them throughout my whole workout.It makes all the difference to change out to these quality cuffs instead of those fabric straps or giant cuffs for men.These ankle straps are solid and well-priced! Recommended!

âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ Perfect for Kickbacks & Glute Workouts!I’ve used quite a few ankle straps for cable machines, and these FITGIRL ankle straps are by far my favorite! I primarily use them for cable kickbacks, and they fit securely without pinching or digging into my ankles, which has been an issue with other brands. The Velcro holds strong, so I don’t have to keep adjusting between sets.I got the set of two, which makes switching legs so much more convenient—no more pausing to reattach between reps! The stiff-yet-flexible design offers great support while still allowing for natural movement. And the beige leopard print? So cute! It adds a little personality to my gym gear while still looking stylish and neutral.If you’re serious about glute workouts and want something durable, comfortable, and stylish, I highly recommend these!

It does the job! It was pretty comfortable to use. I have thick legs, so the two loops had quite a bit of space between them. I was still able to connect the hook on the machine to both of the loops together. I would recommend buying the pair instead of the single one though— unless you don’t mind taking it on and off every time you switch legs during your workout. Update 2/5/25: I went back and bought a second one so that I don’t have to waste time swapping legs

Very strong quality Velcro. The strap doesn’t move at all while using the cable machines. Perfect fit and extremely comfortable.

Super stabil und auch gut verstellbar.Einfach mit dem Klett zu machen und es sitzt bombenfest. Also braucht man keine Angst haben es könnte sich einfach mitten im Satz lösen.Sehr zufrieden und würde es auch nochmal kaufen.

I saw great reviews of this ankle strap on YouTube and thought I would buy. It's a great ankle strap, really comfortable, secure, and makes leg exercises on the cable machines a bit easier. I would definitely recommend having this as part of your gym accessories.
