2002 Silverado 1500HD with 263. Took my time getting the old seal out, which wasn't bad at all. As soon as the tool and new seal showed up I had it in the case in about 5 minutes. Probably faster if the cross member wasn't in the way! 20 dollar seal, 100 dollar tool. Still WAY cheaper than a shop.

I bought a used 263xhd and decided to do seal once I installed it.. This seal made the whole process go so smooth, yeah its pricey but believe me it's well worth it..
