I had ordered the stock housing from DJI before a dive trip to Bonaire but it was not going to arrive on time. So I took a chance on this housing. It functioned well for 22 dives with a max depth of 104 feet. (Most dives were 65 feet max and averaged 65 minutes) There were zero issues and it functioned as advertised. I did remove the o-ring and apply silicone grease. Not sure if that made a difference or not but it seemed prudent as it’s a standard practice for housings. I now have the stock DJI housing and will switch to that but will keep this housing as a backup.

A sturdy case for the camera. Fits perfectly and we love that we can mount the camera onto various objects now. Would definitely recommend

Leaked water into the case with less the 5ft of depth. Also fogged within 10 minutes of use before leaking.

Good case. Doesn't leak. Only gripe is the metal pins rusted tight the first time I used it. The screw that holds to the mount is virtually unusable after the first time using.

Esta carcasa no es de gran calidad, su función básica la cumple, pero si bien no es compatible con mucha profundidad bajo el agua, acaba a pocos metros entrando agua en la cámara, no se raya con facilidad pero el soporte que trae es de un plástico que con un golpe o una vibración fuerte es capaz de partirse, los filtros mejor ni hablar de ellos porque te vuelven las imágenes en rosa o azul, un buen filtro te ayuda con los reflejos de sol y para tomar vÃdeos en dÃas soleados, estos no.Punto positivo es que la cámara encaja a la perfección evitando vibraciones y que la propia cámara con la lente de la funda no crea un efecto pez.

I often need to run my Action 4 outdoors for extended, uninterupted periods of time. This means I need to power my camera over usb. My only issue is when it rains and I need to do this, as the Action 4 is not waterproof when it's charging cover is open.This allows me to remove the carging cover, connect a small/thin type-c ribbon cable, put the camera in and then close the case over the ribbon cable. Allowing me to use usb power while still protecting the camera from rain.I can't comment on how well it'll hold up to 50m depths, but it's perfect for my use case.
