We used this on our Go Pro 13 and it fit and worked great. The buttons allowed for full functionality. The supplied drying inserts helped mitigate any fogging in the case while in use. We tested this set up in a pool and in the ocean. Really appreciated the case preventing salt water exposure to the go pro. The floating handle worked great too, we tested it first in the pool and made the assembly float nicely at the surface but did not provide resistance when diving down which was perfect. The provided filters made a difference in the ocean, I was very impressed. Things went from very green to more neutral realistic colors. My only issue overall is the filter strings liked to slide down the camera, I wish there was a clip or a better way to attach them when not in use

I’m reviewing the FitStill 60M/196FT Underwater Waterproof Case with Dive Filters Compatible for Go Pro Hero 12 Black/Hero 11 Black/Hero 10 Black/Hero 9 Black,Monopod Floating Hand Grip Dive Accessory Kit. This comes with a floating hand grip, three filters, waterproof GoPro case, absorbing pads and two attachments. This case overall feels very well built. It has a thick sturdy snap on top that feels secure and the buttons work very well. I have not taken this in the water yet because it is October, but I watched a great YouTube video that said this case is waterproof if you slip two of the water absorbing pads into the corners of the case before installing your go pro. I will update my review after first use!

My family recently got a Go Pro Hero 11 Black. I ordered the FitStill 60M/196FT Underwater Waterproof Case with Dive Filters not so much for diving but as extra protection for the Go Pro when snow skiing or when around water. It comes with a floating monopod handle that will help when using around the lake. It also comes with 3 red filters to use underwater if anyone in the family uses the case for diving. This case will probably be used most when snow skiing to protect the lens on the Go Pro and for protection in case it is dropped.

I have a off brand fake go-pro camera. I needed the handle, which fit all the same connections as a real go-pro. Took it in the ocean for a tour. No issues. Drying was fairly quickly once out of the water. Easy to put together. Happy.

If you’re using your Go Pro in the water, and make scuba or free dives to a greater depth than its native water resistance of 33ft, which also happens to be exactly one atmosphere, than a specialized underwater camera case, such as the FitStill Dive Case, is a necessary accessory.On the other hand, the FitStill case provides plenty of extra protection for the camera on dry land, in fact I use for it all of those instances in which audio isn’t needed, for example when mountain and trail bike riding; all that will be heard is the wind rushing by anyway. Although I haven’t seen one for the Go Pro, underwater cases I won for other action camera come with a second rear plate without plexiglass for use on dry land, allowing audio to come through. There may be a similar case out there for the Go Pro.The FitStill case fits the Go Pro 12 and the operating buttons align fine with the native buttons of the Go Pro. The main desirable function, that of changing presets while the camera is encased, works just fine. This is done by holding down the case’s (or the Go Pros when not encased) mode button then quickly pushing the record button. This will bring up the user’s presets on the screen, that can then be scrolled thru using the mode button, then the desired selection made with the record button; this operation works fine with the FitStill case. Obviously, you can’t remove the camera underwater, at least below 33ft, but in any case, it’s an inconvenience in water or on dry land.The case is provided with a handy float handle, with a stretchy, adjustable lanyard. If the user and handled Go Pro somehow become separated, the assembly will ascend, rather than making a quick descent; and if the user happens to be in deep water, likely never to be seen again. Although without a case in a swimming pool the Go Pro will record sounds, I prefer to use the case to protect it from chlorine and other pool chemicals. I also don’t feel like the removable front lens filter is particularly water resistant at any depth.The case is supplied with three, snap-on color filters used to remove the overwhelming blue tone when shooting underwater. The seller suggests a recommended depth range for each filter as follows: “LIGHT RED filter for snorkel depth water 2-15 feet and color correction in blue water or clear freshwater. RED FILTERD for scuba and free dive depth water 15-85 feet and color correction in blue water or tropical seawater. MAGENTA FILTER for depth water 7-70 feet and color correction in freshwater appearing green at more than 7 feet.” The user will need to do their own experimentation to determine what works best. On the other hand, I prefer to use in-camera settings, then bring out the best color in post editing. A free app that offers color correction for footage shot underwater is Dive+, found on the app store.Although I’ve been using the case on dry land, I haven’t had the opportunity to use it underwater, although I enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving. However, prior to the first dive, I will test this case below 33ft (one atmosphere) without the Go Pro in it. As for the seller’s assertion that it’s water resistant to 196ft, a deep dive for me is in the range of 80 – 130ft, so I’ll never be testing that claim unless it were to on the end of a fishing line. However, I’ll be using the FitStill case mostly on dry land for now; it definitely will provide plenty of protection for the Go Pro when the built-in microphones aren’t needed.

Lots of accessories, perfect fit for my action camera. Really nice that this includes a small selfie stick. Also the colored lenses will give my action shots some needed color contrast. Completely waterproof.

The handle will fit multiple action cameras. The case and other additions are great for a gopro. Works as intended.

The floating grip handle is nice and solid, has a bright orange end for visibility, a wrist strap, and a spongy grip. The filters clip onto the outer housing and help make underwater shots look more colouful.A must for anyone looking to shoot underwater with a GoPro Hero action camera.

旅行で行くダイビング体験で使用するために、選びました。防水ケース、フロースティックと必要物は揃っていて、フィルターも付属しているので、いつもとは変わった映像が撮れそうです！フロースティックも握りやすいスポンジ素材で、手首ストラップを付けていれば、流される心配もないと思います。防水ケースも頑丈にできていて、試しにお風呂で使用してみましたが、水漏れの心配はなさそうです。実際に使うのが楽しみです！

Go Pro HERO12 Blackを使って、試しに風呂場で試してみました。簡易的なテストではありますが、水の侵入などはなく、気密性等、ハウジングとして問題無さそうな感じです。実戦投入はまだですが、次回ダイビングの際に使ってみるのが楽しみです。純正のハウジングに比べたら半額以下程度ですし、アリな商品なんじゃないかと思いました。実戦投入後にまたレビューをさせてもらえたらと思います。
