I purchased the Max Case after reading all the reviews from this and other brands of cases.It is surprising that Go pro doesn't have a Case for the MAX like the Hero's but this case is the next best thing. The one thing to consider is this comes with lens covers. you should definitely use them. I have a mount on my Full face mask I place the Go pro Max on. What I didn't do was leave the covers on after I mounted it. There is a scratch on the outside of the cover that could affect focusing. this case maintained a waterproof seal to 104 feet and the included strips allowed for a cleaner fog free picture. One thing I did notice is the picture was not as clear as in open air. I can only think that it is because of the thickness of the spheres covering each lens not being clear enough for a more detailed shot. It also could be the scratch on the lens.this product is a must buy for Divers. this should get you down to the recreational Depth 130ft without issue. Be sure to make sure the seals are lubricated and the case is closed correctly. you need to put two of the inserts in the case where they have indented the case. (side and bottom) Overall a good product but not sure the lens area is clear enough for Awesome Shots at 5k.Advise to users.-Don't leave the camera in the case after the dive.-make sure to keep inside of lens area clean-make sure to keep Go Pro max lens clean.-Don't take the protective cups off the case until you are absolutely ready to dive. (put in you BCD pocket after removal so you can put them back on after the end of the dive.)-put the protective Cups on the case whenever you are not capturing video or diving-keep seals lubricated- be sure to squeeze the case shut before using the closing mechanism to secure the case. (this is something you should be doing with all WP cases even official Go pro cases)these precautions will keep the case safe and your footage as good as it can be.IF your expecting the touch screen to work for a case that is WP at any depth your dreaming. Even plastic cases for Iphones dont give you touch screen capability. Sure you can touch your screen but not accurately. for this case and any of the gopro cases, set your camera settings prior to putting it in the case. use the record button as the method to take your pictures/videos.to the manufacturer I would only ask, is there a more clear material you can use for the Spherical section or the whole case? if so that may be an option for an upgraded version. clarity of the material I think would make this a world class case While this is clear(ish) I think it can be a bit clearer? Because of my scratch I have to buy another case. this will be the case I repurchase.Thanks,

The case fits perfectly like it was manufactured by GoPro itself. Took it down 20’ below water surface with no issues.

I mounted it on the hood of the car in the rain, no leak. I placed it underwater at the beach, no leak. As far as keeping your camera dry, it works great, but it doesn't fix gopro Max inability to take good video under water. It does keep your camera dry and clean if you wish to use it on wet condition. I use gopro 11 for under water video and use the max for above water which this case is good for. Touch screen still works while in the case, i did not test touch screen underwater though.

Is NOT waterproof. They market it to 45m. That's a load of BS. I brought it on a test free dive and literally only got it down to 3-5ft and it leaks... Wish I would of done it within the 30 day return window. Waste of time, energy, resources and frankly glad I didnt bring it on a deep dive as I scuba dive every other week here in the PNW.Purchased it to get some great angles and shots for those underwater dives. The camera itself is waterproof to a cetain depth but always used the housings on my gopro's. (Why would this one be any different?!) the housing itself is a thinner plastic, but where you can see the design/engineering flaw is in the way the housing latches within itself. It needs to pull tighter and be more sturdy/better design. Also to be more cautious I would of designed the O ring (that seals housing) to be thicker.Note: I am thorough and particular and did not lack in any effort or prep with this housing ahead of time. Ensured cleared of any particles near seal as well as proper use.

Autant avec ma Nikkon Keymission 360° j'ai été déçu, autant avec cette GoPro Max je suis bluffé !!!L'écran tactile est idéal pour les réglages et à une bonne réactivité.l'étanchéité à été testée à 5m de fond en plongée sans caisson (voir photo) et pas de traces de fuites ou quelconque soucis.Lors de balades, les vidéos sont stables (à pieds ou même en moto). Gopro n'ayant plus trop de preuves à faire à ce sujet...L'application Quick est une merveille à l'utilisation: elle permet d'orienter la caméra en fonction de la vue que l'on souhaite avoir, ce qui permet de ne rien raté au visionnage ;-)La caméra est livrée dans une boite de transport (just just quand on a des accessoires en plus) mais pour débuter c'est bien (merci GoPro d'y avoir pensé).Pour conclure (sinon je vais pondre un pavé), je suis content de mon achat ;-)

Due to my own fault I lost my eye protectors so they did and can get marks on them easy if not protected but did exactly what I wanted so no complaints.

La funda pintaba bien pero al usarla dentro del agua tardó 1 minuto en empezar a empañarse. Estaba usando otra gopro con otra carcasa oficial y no se empaña en ningún momento. Una pena porque el material y el artÃculo parecÃan interesantes. No recomiendo comprarla. Al final use la cámara sin protección y me fue de maravilla.
