Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: Why my antenna doesn't rotate?
- A: Check if you are using only single coax cable connect from antenna to the control box (ANT IN), if splitter and additional coax cable is used in between them, it could block the signal and power. And splitter should be installed on RF IN/TV 2 from the control box.
- Q: Why the remote control is not working?
- A: You will have to point the remote directly to the front window of the control box within 10ft to get it work, a green light should come on which indicates the antenna is rotating.
- Q: How does the rotation wok?
- A: As long as you are holding the button (remote or control box top button), the antenna will rotate all the way 360 degree, and it will turn back around when it reaches the end.
- Q: Why there's a yellow light comes on from the control box as soon as I connect the coax cable to the control box?
- A: Yellow light comes on meaning something wrong with the connection, check if you are using a splitter in between the antenna and control box, try using only one single coax cable from antenna to the control box and see if the yellow light comes on again.
- Q: Why the control box doesn't power up?
- A: Try disconnect all the cable from the control box and leave the ac adapter on, if there's still no red light on top of the control box, then use a voltage meter to check with the ac adapter and see if there's voltage, if there is then it is the control box is bad, but if there's no voltage that means it is the ac adapter is bad.

TV Connections Guide
- Connect the antenna top to the antenna input of the control box using any coaxial cable.
- Plug the control box power supply into the wall. The control box is the device that you point your remote control at to make the antenna rotate. The control box is usually installed next to your TV set.
- Connect the control box to your digital TV or converter box if needed. Remember, only old style analog TVs need a converter box.
- Scan for available antenna channels using the add channels option on your TV or converter box.
How to Scan Channel?
- Mount the antenna on your rooftop for optimal performance.
- Consult related instruction manual to SCAN the Channels FIRST if you use a digital converter box
- Find the setting option on TV menu. Set up the signal source to AIR/Antenna.
- After you set up the signal source, go to Channel Scan or Channel Manage to scan the digital channels.

I've tried other air antennas but only could pull in about 9 stations. Since this boasted a 200 mile range and a booster I figured it was worth a $90 experiment. Absolutely worth it. I can pull in 43 digital channels (6 are local radio stations and about 5 Spanish channels.) So far we only have it connected to 1 television because we wanted to see how well it would work but we will be connecting our 2 other TVs soon. Assembly was easy. Just follow the pictured instructions. Note to husbands: it really is simple if you look at the instructions. We mounted ours on an aluminum pole about 20 ft. high. I was impressed enough that I immediately ordered another one for my son.UPDATED 3/29/2020 I'm GOING TO HAVE TO KNOCK OFF A COUPLE STARS.As others have mentioned the antenna wobbles on the rotation housing and can swing 15 degrees ( I'm guestimating) on a breezy day. This means I'm constantly having to realign the antenna. Since you have no idea what the antenna is doing while you work the antenna remotely, you need a second person watching the antenna and shouting "STOP". Makes for some interesting looks from the neighbors. I'm rethinking cutting the cord. I will be emailing the company to see if they have a suggestion. I'll repost if they come up with a fix.Updated 4/12/20 Happy to say they responded quickly. Answered my email the very next day. Received a new rotation part 4/8.Update 5/25/20 I've "cut the cord" and couldn't be happier. The antenna worked very well during a Florida thunderstorm with 45 mph gusts with only a couple of "flicks" in reception. Had this storm occurred while I still had Direct TV I would have been without reception for several minutes if not throughout the entire storm as the storm was coming out of the Gulf. We have 3 televisions hooked up to it. We did add a $35 Sling package so that I can have my HGTV and he can have all his business channels. That still saves us $1600/year.

Yes, it works well in the attic. Because of the wind that blows most of the time in Oklahoma, it is better to be in my attic. Our house is about 10 miles from the signal transmitter location, so no need for the antenna to be remotely rotated. No need for that, with 90 channels working, and no relocating or adjusting.The pre wired coax in my house made the installation relatively easy. The AT&T/Direct junction box, and an outlet a few feet away was perfect for the amplifier and the splitter for the additional 4 TV locations.These ideal conditions probably don’t exist in all situations, especially in the up to 200 miles locations…

Pros: - Inexpensive - Very lightweight - Easy to assembly - Reasonable directivity and gain if your location is NOT in a fringe area. In practice, it's probably good for 40 miles. - Included rotator works without running any extra wires, only the 75 Ohm Coax connection is required. - The integrated Low Noise Amplifier at the antenna is powered by the antenna control box located near the TV receiver; there are no separate power wires to supply to the antenna. - Provides an extra RF output. I used this to run to a FM receiver and it works much better than the dipole I had previously. - I mounted the antenna on the floor in the attic so it was out of the weather and easy to setup - Simply used some leftover wood for the base and an short piece of broom handle as the short mast - I used the included length of coax coupled with an existing coax run which added another 75' of coax; with the LNA at the antenna, the extra coax length is probably not much of an issue.Cons: - You have no idea where the antenna is actually pointed, unless you can physically see the antenna. - Basically just push the button until you have a good signal; a built-in signal meter on your receiver will be helpful, if it has this option. - Not sure how this will hold up longer term mounted outdoors, but I suspect not well. - If you live in a fringe area and need to point multiple places, look elsewhere for higher gain antenna and an actual rotator where you can actually set where the antenna is pointing. Get a Channel Master.There are complaints of the LNA not working out of the box or failing soon after installation. I'll update the review if I experience a failure, especially once it has an opportunity to soak in relative cold and hot temperatures in the attic.Minus 1 star for overstating the usable reception range.

What a amazing antenna. I picked up almost 40 channels . I installed it on top of my rv , there are trees in the way yet it still picked up all the channels Super easy to assemble. There are plastic parts so I recommend protecting the plastic with silicone spray or another method . Other wise the life will be shorten I would not install this antenna on a spot where you can’t access it easy because of the maintenance probably needed to maintain the plastic parts Great antenna for rvs though .

The Antenna is made for the U.S. not Australia. It doesn't work. So no point in selling this here. All we want is a power box as this is the only thing that doesn't work. However they won't sell it separately. It is erected and hard to get down. I'm trying to get a power box. I have sent emails and I can't get any help. Not happy.

The Arial works great but the remote is garbage and to find out the position the Arial is in, is hard to figure out because the Arial turns in any direction when you push the button on the control unit I used a Mirror and watched the Arial through the Window to see what position it is in I picked up 78 Channels after to hours of moving the Arial I had a different Arial before and I picked up 68 channels which was a 150- mile reach was also the same to set it up.
